IES: (Event Specialist)Athletes who are not doing AA & qualify to State meet as an IES must designate events, as they are not eligible to compete on events in which they did not qualify.

 

ENTRY FEE: 157.00 (Zelle payments OK) (Entry Fee $140.00 + $17 State & R1 Tax) contact us for Zelle payment

 

TEAM FEE: $50.00 Per Team (3 scores count/event) 1 Team per level.

 

LATE ENTRY: $50 per Athlete (RECIEVED after March 1st)

Checks should be mailed at least 1 week before the deadline to be RECIEVED on time.

 

PLEASE ENTER ALL YOUR ATHLETES, EVEN IF THEY HAVE NOT QUALIFIED.A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO ALL NON-QUALIFIERS.

ALL GYMNASTS & COACHES must be entered using USAG Meet Reservations

 

MEET RESERVATIONS WILL CLOSE Monday, FEBRUARY 23rd.

 

All gymnasts must be ENTERED AND PAID for by the entry deadline without exception. An athlete is NOT considered registered until all fees are paid in full.​

GRADUATING SENIORS:  Please send a High Resolution photo of your graduating seniors.  Please include: Name, Club, Level, Attending college or University (optional)

TICKETS: Advance purchase tickets will be available on this site once the competition schedule has been published.

 

T-Shirt:  A commemorative shirt will be available to purchase on site at the vendors booth.​​

 

Hotels:    Due to spring training hotels will not set up room blocks.  We suggest contacting area hotels to set up a room block for your club.  You can also try Hotelplanner.com or similar. ​​​
